We don’t want everything here to be a riddle. Here are some of our most frequently asked questions:

  1. Where are your products made?

Our products, for the most part, are made in Italy. We are also currently working with manufacturers in France and the USA. If you are curious about where your favorite product is being made, check the product description. We don’t hide anything here.

  1. How can I contact you if I have a problem?

  1. What do you mean by sustainable?

We have designed our products so that they minimize the need to waste natural materials. In other words, we don’t want our manufacturers throwing out perfectly good leather. Because of this, you may notice texture or color differences, or even production stamping on the inside of your bags. This is on purpose, as we don’t believe in wasting materials that have no real impact on the product.

  1. Do you accept returns?

We always want you to be happy. If in its original condition, we typically accept returns up to 30 days after purchase and offer exchanges when requested. Just contact us first and we will get you set up! Also check out our returns policy for more information.

  1. Can I see your products in person?

Yes! Check out our partners page to see where you can find our products in store. We offer our products to individually owned local shops.

  1. How long does it take for my purchase to arrive?

It depends on the postal services at the time, but usually within a week. During non-holiday periods, it can be as quick as 3 days.

  1. Why free shipping in the US?

Because we love you (totally not a FAQ; just wanted to say it).
